Paula Baumgart

Paula Baumgart is Manager of OSS Development for Coastal Technologies Group, an industry leading software solutions provider specializing in the development of electronic solutions for the telecommunications industry.

In this role, Baumgart focuses on the operations and future developments for the OSS product. She is an activist in emerging technologies and strives ensure CTGi’s order processing product maintains the innovative edge in the industry.

Baumgart has worked in telecom IT since 1985 and has developed mechanized interfaces for Equal Access after the divestiture of AT&T. She is a strong developmental asset to CTGi, having developed and supported applications for call rating and billing, inventory control, circuit design, CDR collection and processing, switch access and ASR/LSR order processing.
